Etniid Ulloliinnit with OZAS in Lille sal at 20.00

The concert performance "Eatni Ulloliidni" means "Mother's Sami wool shawl" and is performed by the group OZAS. OZAS consists of sisters Risten Anine and Sara Marielle Gaup, and have musicians and dancers along with them.

The performance consists of two parts, the first is a cleaner concert form that starts with the team decolonization and collective trauma-healing of the Sami people. The second part is a choreography on a taboo and difficult topic - violence and abuse against Sami women. The shawl symbolizes, among other things, security and comfort, identity and belonging, but also fragility. The show's common thread is the Sami wool shawl and what significance it can have for the woman.

The performance premieres at Riksscenen in Oslo on October 2, so this will be the second time the performance is shown.
